I have always been freaked out by cats, but strangely I have been adopted by several black cats that have insisted they own me, so I can't say that I find them bad luck. I worked in care for six years where I saw more than enough of my residents get close to death and see cats that were not there to understand why the Egyptians have such a thing about them. I always salute a funeral hearse, but that comes from my riding days of always standing my horses out of the way as they pass, and saluting them as they did so. It seems to have always been appreciated, and I still do the same now when driving. My sons were always told to do the same, and my step-son has his own business driving so he does the same and has passed it on to his step children too. As for Friday the 13th; it all depends on your prospective doesn't it. I'm not a Christian, so that's out, I don't care about the Knights Templar, so that's out, I can't think that anything bad has ever happened to me on one of these dates, I'm actually Greek and so my freaky day is Tuesday, not Friday, but it's governed by Ares, the God of War, and my birth God, so all in all I'm reckon I've got it all pretty balanced out lol needles
