The sad bit is how this word is associated with a group of hateful Muslim people who wants to keep killing.

Prior to their existence.

ISIS is one of my top favourite bands on earth since I was a teenager. I even have their T-shirt and used to wear it proud often. Sad that I can never wear again, since it would look like, I'm a supporter of the Islamic State!

Status: offline 		Also, think about all the females named Isis (after the Egyptian queen).

I have a great-niece named Isis who will be starting school this fall and her mother is now dreading the name-calling that will probably happen, so she is considering enrolling her under her middle name (Grace).

I had a thing for Great Garbo, since reading your posts I am reminded of Greta Garbage.

Status: offline 		Well given that west has taken the name Islamic State in Iraq and Syria we are to believe, only to then create the acronym taken from the name ISIS, that of a Pagan queen created by Egyptians and worshiped by the Greeks and Romans.

I am not so sure that's what these Arabs...had in mind.
