Bullshit. If not intentional it was recklessness. Those people who run these big machines in populated areas generally have spotters with walkie talkies, or the area is cordoned off so the operator can be sure there are no people there. With a militarized bulldozer that is even more important. The visibility does suck, but as racist and nasty as people there are sometimes, it probably was intentional even though that cannot be proven.
But think of this, if I get into a car and drive with a blindfold on, or maybe even a windshield obscured by snow or ice or paint or whatever, and I run someone over I am guilty of negligent vehicular homicide, a felony. If I do it intentionally or am drunk it is a worse felony, aggravated vehicular homicide. I go to prison. The guy who did in Rachael Corrie probably got "Hey, congrats on getting rid of that nuisance goyim bitch". And "I hope you didn't break a fingernail doing it". (you know WTF I am talking about)
The one thing though is she should not have been there. She was not a journalist, but then they don't let journalists in there do they ? How the hell did she even get in ? The media is not allowed in, for a time they wouldn't let the Pope in, this is a bit puzzling. Nobody there has a cellphone with a camera that can upload a video ? Or is that blocked ? Because the phone service is Israeli no doubt, and they got a real intelligence service and can ID foreign phones so they can probably block the upload of "uncomfortable" videos.
I got an online buddy who goes there from time to time. Specialist in international law. Not exactly sure what he does there, but he sees alot more than we.
With the ridiculous level of financial support the US gives Israel, if they were ever to pay off a lawsuit it would never be the $3 billion we give them (plus alot of military). So the money comes from us. In fact these motherfuckers would add it to their request, if they paid the Corrie family $100 million they would want $3.1 billion, and not lose a fucking dime.
Think this is racist ? Think this is incorrect ? If so, you have not been around too much. Talk about how bad the MFs are in the US government, they are even worse. If they had enough people (willing) to support a bigger military they would have more territory. They got nukes but they know those are a doomsday machine. Their conventional military cannot handle Iran, and probably could not even have handled Iraq. Their only big threat is to blow up the major capitols in Europe. As far as I know they don't even have an ICBM that would get here. But they might. But nobody knows because there are no inspections by the international community like they insist on from other countries. They are speaeshul. Chosen.
But the bottom line is they will never pay. the funds might be disbursed, but it will not come from funds that they actually earned, if any.
