Cyber crimes are your speciality? look if what you've said is true, which there is no proof for any of us it is, then we can empathize, but the fact remains you are not the owner of the original image, nor are are you a part of it, ergo it is the sole responsibility of the person whose image was stolen to correct the situation. Becoming enraged because many have provided you with the neccesary information, but not the information YOU want (which is odd for the record) makes no sense. if you don't like the responses, move along.

According to a friend on here Admins are suppose to have the power to remove photos. Well I guess certain ones do. She thinks she knows which old BF has done this. The only good thing is there are no nude pics. But still wrong in every respect! There also seems to be no way to contact a site manager at all! There is supposed to be.

Whether there is indeed a her I would now, with 100% certainty, like to know, as you feel entitled to sit in judgement, then so shall I, as there must always be balance, karma and so on. So, therefore, the only options are to make a profile and email support or go through ToS and send something to the lawyer of the site. She hasn't been willing to do that. Mine is a little different because I dealt with pics that had been taken prior where the other individual is also in the pictures. Some were just those where I was the photographer (yep, whoever clicks the button gets the credit and the copyright share of that) or it was my work as a top. I also have the advantage of a lot of folks knowing who the scumbag is who is using the pictures, so people can see him for the kind of person that he is that he won't remove them. The function to upload pics here has sucked for quite a while, so you might have to have her try the alternative contact methods that Oside suggested. She can make a profile here without adding any picture of herself. That allows her to contact Support. The ability to contact Support allows her and the site to work out which method is most appropriate to get the matter handled as quickly as possible. I understand that she is upset. I know it is frustrating. However, she's probably going to have to try an alternative contact method. The important part is that she gets the pictures removed, right?

Well I want to thank the person who Finally took the pics down! Sorry I got heated but I was pissed as some where saying over and over but obviously never read completely what I wrote as how to contact the site manager as there is no contact us. That was why she would not make a profile as no way to contact anyone anyway. But to all I pissed sorry but yes just proves the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

my bad sorry i made the above post from a response on page 1, to add to the above information there are other things you can do outside of the site to track these culprits down and work to shut them down, for example, you can make contact with them, and ask them to join in a chat with you through one of the popular chat programs, then do a dns lookup on your pc, and check the connected IP scan logs and source out the IP of the user with whom you are speaking with while you are speaking with him, then its a simple matter of doing an IP scan on line and find their ISP providers name, from that point contact that company and put in a formal complaint and post links showing that information, and the ISP*(Internet Search Provider) will do an in house search for the offending users IP outbound calls to said sites, if found guilty they will notify them VIA letter to cease and desist their activities, if they don't then it goes to a civil court to shut their service down and that goes on permanent public record, it will be hard for them from that point on to get an ISP back again, where as the ISP provider with this new information will contact all websites that this offender has been on and will notify them if any critical or copy-writ material is found on their site will be instructed to remove it ASAP as with all users on here you are not alone in your search for a companion however it takes very little time and even fewer resources to obtain a fair example of whether someone is being honest with you or not, Yes there are a lot of fakes on here, i have caught several in the last week, I have done the above 2 times last week not here but on my own websites that i have, however i have even been able to do the same with email addys as well as chat invites, user names, pictures, in fact there are 2 users that have signed on here in the last week that even though they say they are in my town in my state i have traced them back to their home town and gave them a call from my phone to theirs even though they sent me a cell phone encoded with my home town Area code , one came up as a masked area code of 404 Atlanta GA. and the other came up 334 Sweet Water AL. the point is and probably the most horrific thought there is right now is ... as of now This is the only site you have found with her picture in it am i right in assumption, well let me ask you this ? if so, what makes you think this is the only site that her pic was posted to, there could be hundreds out there ever think about that? if you have are you going to go about having her pic removed from each and every one of those sites in the same manner as you have here? my suggestion find the culprit and end it legally and have the system work for you instead of blatantly attacking everyone that speaks different to you when you openly attack them in the manner which you did here, there is an old adage that goes "you can catch more flies with sugar then vinegar"

But to all I pissed sorry but yes just proves the squeaky wheel gets the grease! oh we read it however you were not Comprehending your actions had no bearing on her info or private pics, and really did not even belong here, this all could of been avoided if the information to have it removed would of been followed instead of attacking everyone in here, I am not attacking you not now and not before, I am explaining the fact that it is the Offended Parties responsibility to bring the issue up not a friend or lover or otherwise, that spells disaster for Admins and User Mods alike and quite frankly I'm a little surprised an EXPERT IN CYBER CRIMES wouldn't know that, "IM SPELLING THIS OUT NOW IF ANYTHING CAN BE AN ATTACK THIS WOULD PROBABLY BE IT" you see for one to be as you say you are i would think you would know and understand the policy in the USA and dealing with for those who are wondering granted it would be over the top to post an item related to just a picture BUT you get the idea you would need to show proof that the ADMIN knowingly allowed for unauthorized pics to be posted, and that they made it impossible to contact them, you would also have to show proof that the person effected lost out in some way that caused harm or loss of financial means or personal means, but wait a minute "I AM WRONG HERE" its not you who would hafta be the bearer of the above information it would be the one effected that would have the weight of the above to bear as you couldn't do it, in which case if the Admin or Owner of this site were to be asked if the offending party had made an account and put in a Service Support Supposition to the Admin/Owner of the site to be addressed as urgent and the owner showed proof that the effected party did not, just how in the hell would you be able to shut this site down, or any other site out there?
