Sorry, to sort out your mix of whatever ideas and fictions and admiration for the guy with the toothbrush beard is, let's call it, difficult for someone else but you.
Just one thing:
In both world wars Germany kept friendly relations with Muslim authorities and nations, from the alliance with the Ottoman empire in WW I to offering exile to the Mufti of Jerusalem, and the establishment of several Bosnian muslim SS regiments in WW II ... Bosnian muslims were invited to volunteer for the SS as well as Crimean tatars, and there was some plan to encourage the Caucasus muslims to rebellion and thus getting control of the Baku oilfields.
There was no fear, just the old "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" principle. Your scenario has no historical basis.
