Hmmmm its the busiest section of the fora right now, and theres plenty of discussion over there about politics, AND Religion.

What I'd do to ~~Emperor Palpatine~~Cheney would depend on where you could deliver him to, what I had to hand, and who else was in ear shot, and how hard it would be to clear the mess up afterwards.
For instance at my place of residence (covered concrete courtyard which I don't have to worry about getting messy, but sadly neighbours on both sides, and at the back and across the road) I'd probably have to start by doing something unpleasant to shut him up. Crush his larynx and perform a tracheotomy, perhaps: I have a nice willow cricket bat and plenty of felt nails to hand. Of course, if I mess up putting a hole in his throat after stop him making any more noise, that'll spoil the fun, but I'd probably just end up beating him to death with a blunt implement anyway, so not really that big a deal.

As for the OP's question, I like history, photography, and humiliation.

So I'd combine them by having Cheney star in re-creations of the Abu Ghraib photos.
