ORIGINAL: P0nytrainer Oh, and for what it's worth, and if it's any help, the chat post scroller code posted by Resident Sadist above has jumped the box on my screen and is overwriting all the posts below it. I saw that. I posted using the 'code' tag and it just blew past all the forum text containers. Also, looks like CollarSpace is having issues after all. It is going on and off line randomly. I love it when they fix or do maintenance on this site. They frequently break something and over time we just keep losing more and more functionality. I can't remember when the site last worked correctly.... 2009? yep same here this is what i have been seeing since the 1st, was starting to think i was offline, but its just collarspace.com that is effected It is random. If it constantly shows offline for you, try clearing your browser cache then refreshing. You should be connecting some of the time. The server is there and running but it is lagging so we get time outs trying to connect. Not random here, I have cleared the cache and refreshed, i do connect some of the time but that is as far as i get, for example if i select view new users, my page goes on blank, and loops the loading page, that goes for about 10 minutes then displays error as above if i check my email it does the same, if i come here first and then use the hot link at the top of collarchat.com , again same issue in fact the only way to display one page is to hotlink in from an emailed response in my mailbox, as that will display that users sent mail to me, but if i navigate away from that email then the above repeats itself, Now i build PC's for a living so i can understand that things like this take time to resolve, but in general practice, typically speaking whoever is responsible for the coding of this site and the integration of the new codes, should not of placed it directly into a forum or website until it had been tested on a closed network to assure compatibility, so I agree with the ones mentioning about that someone should be paid nothing till this is resolved and to take steps to prevent it later on down the road, if nothing else they should be paying the admin of the site for their screw up
