ORIGINAL: tj444 My experience isnt what matters here, its the businesses & employees owed money, their experience in not getting paid is what matters.. My experience in disputes in renovation and construction lines can be very polarising too. One party says this, the other party says that. Most of the time, the one party thinks they do a good enough job and met expectations, the payer disagree and does not like the quality done. Currently, we only heard one side of the story. I would like to hear a more detailed account from Trump side of the story. Because, I don't believe that man will stiff people IF everything was done properly. Even if his supervisor okayed on it, I have okayed on stuffs, and then only to have my boss come and notice something I missed, and then I'm in trouble, the boss refuse to pay. That's my experience. My role is my boss tells me what he wants to be done, I get it done, find the contractors, over see it, get my boss approval on costs. But what happens is, if I miss some shit on final completion and my boss sees a problem. After I okayed it, shit storm will happen. Payments will be dragged for sure. There will be disagreements. But the thing is, when you really think about it. Although it was careless of me to miss the shoddy quality part, but they are the experts who probably knew and was praying and hoping I never see it and then just sign off that everything is okay. Until big boss noticed, then, ooooh, shit storm. Doesn't matter hours put in. What matters is the finished job is the quality and workmanship as promised. And already with opening smaller places, there is so much defects to look out for. I can't even begin to imagine the task of looking out for every imperfection with a large building. Even with condominiums here. When my parents bought a brand new condo, they got relatives, as many people as possible to go check for defects all around the whole apartment. And more than 30 defects found. There is a 30 days grace period for the construction company to fix all the defects, after 30 days, defect or not, you gotta pay for it, unless it's a defect they can't fix. In that specific agreement, that was the agreement. Oh Bull.. just cuz thats the way you do things there doesnt mean thats the way its done here.. here new homes have New Home Warranties to fix any defects for 10 fucking years!.. Again, that twit Trump stiffed realtors, lawyers and employees.. with employees if you arent satisified with the quality of the work your recourse is to fire that person, not stiff them on their wages! Lucy is right.. I think I will join her in putting you and your BS drivel on ignore.. That way I wont even see your stupid blah, blah, blah..
