A baby was born in Romania with no legs. Her parents already had a daughter and knew they would not be able to provide for this new child. They gave her up for adoption. At 3 months old she was adopted by a family in the US. The rest of the story amazing. If someone wrote a book with this plot everyone would say it was unbelievable. However, it's true.
