Well.... it's not exactly a "sex change" per se. lol.
It's a lack of a specific enzyme that delays the growth of the male genitalia until the onset of puberty so they 'appear' to be female.

This is good and just proves that, if his meant to be male, nature will take care of it. No need for artificial sex change. Let nature decide.
