FR "The modern face of feminism...which should be renamed, totalitarianism. " Well you better rename it right now because the author of the book is a Woman. "Do you count yourself among their numbers, because all anyone here ever sees you do is whine about whatever imagined affront you have most recently endured. " That's what you see because you don't like him. Anyway, it should be out of the way that this is not feminism. Kids kill themselves over Facebook posts and that is very very wrong. When I was a kid we had a saying "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me". According to : (sorry, had to remove the link because it caused a long long column width, just search for it - "how many kids kill themself over cyberbullying") About three times as many boys commit suicide than girls in California. We are talking California here remember. The home of the ultraliberals who are about to run out of money and owe more than the whole country of Russia. The problem with these kids is they all want to be pom pom girls or football stars, and they just don't get the idea that everyone can't be that. You have to excel. But now with the educational standards dropping and becoming softer so they are not left behind, there is less impetus to succeed. You know, they will pass you on a grade even if you flunked, but they won't let you on the football team unless you can play. It is this sense of entitlement and it has nothing to do with feminism. Most Women can still be intimidated. Not that it is right to do so, but can. You have to know how to do it actually, and then you can intimidate anyone except those stronger than you. And with a stronger mind. Just being able to bench press more does not cut it. But this goes back to the early years. These days if your kid says "Fuck you" to you you take them aside and say that is not nice. In the old days you got a smack upside the head and "Go to your room and stay there". And back then there was no internet, and very few kids even had a phone in their room. Nowadays you have to send them to the Parents room where there are no video games, bluetooth, twitter, internet, cable TV and surround sound. You know RM, you had a good point but you really fucked up conflating it with feminism. Adam Lanza felt like an outcast because of social media, and really that probably should be addressed, but you think he was a fucking feminist ? (actually if the shrinks didn't drug him up it might not have happened) But the social media is not what needs work, it is the kids. When I was a kid there were bullies out in the schoolyard. You could get hurt, maybe even bones broken. Permanent damage like to the eyes or gonads or something. They would want to take your lunch money, which I admit never happened to me but it happened to plenty of kids. Kids need to be taught to be strong, at least mentally. Life is not all fun and games. some people do not like you and never will. They will say nasty shit about you. This is part of life. And really, if any kids are reading this which IS possible, if you can't take it go ahead and off yourself. Cheat yourself out of the rest of your life. Like maybe having kids and a nice car and house, find a good olman or olady. You gonna end it all over what someone says ? Shit, when I was like 5 years old and asked the olman where Ma was he said she was dead, multiple times. He almost killed me a few times. These kids have problems because someone fucks with them on the internet ? I say FUCK BACK. Things have got to change but it is not the social media, it is not the rules, it is the kids. They have to get it in their heads that so the fuck what what this asshole says. Fukum. You can post too you know, do it. Discredit the asshole. (even if what he said was true, that is the way the world works) T^T
