This makes no sense for disciplinary purposes. Disobedient subs don't get to come right before they are about to be punished -- what you describe is a moot point.
The admixture of erotic sensations mingling together would cause confusing associations to be made, and end up having the opposite effect intended.
The only time I can see this scenario unfolding for Punishment, is if it meets both of these criteria:
1. As part of Orgasm Control, sub ejaculated before being given permission, and
2. Spanking is not enjoyable to the sub -- it is not ordinarily engaged in as Funishment.
For obvious reasons, Discipline/Punishment is not designed to be pleasurable. If it is even partially so, then the sub is getting rewarded for his disobedience.
