Now that I think of it, it probably was a TV miniseries which means it will be damnear impossible to find on the internet. The left seeks a floor under which the people don't go. The right seeks to accumulate more free speech in the bank and their re-election therefrom. Each in pursuit of the consolidation of its own constituency. The right seeking the protection of the minority from the 'tyranny' of the majority and quite successfully so...particularly in the last 40 years.
