I'm actually considering using Twitter. The local police post road closures on it. As the state has declared our bridge unsafe, they're building a temporary one next to it, to be used for two years while they give us a new one.
The Man drove home this morning to discover they closed it down for half an hour. Had he known, he would have taken the detour a couple of miles north.
I don't really want to see what my kids tweet when they're out partying.
