But, what a head case. He really does need some professional help doesn't he? I never put him on ignore until now. I don't normally read his replies or posts. I usually just skip over his nonsense, ravings and obsessions... I would have missed this one entirely if he hadn't put my name in bold. Does someone have a list of the wacky sock line up he totes around. I'll put them all on ignore and suggest he does the same with my screen name. His other sock on this thread is the one with obsidian in the name, that's not the whole name just part of it, and it's misspelled. I can't go back and look right now, but I pointed it out after he posted. Wicked, darksalacious, and the obsidian name are the only ones I am aware of. And yes, batshit. I guess he thinks he is entertaining, but it gets old. Threads are much more relevant with him on hide, otherwise it is just annoying and tedious.

I been there to OsideGirl. some welfare frauder that I went to school with, school bully if you can believe, found out about me through someone she knows in the lifestyle, stupid thing is she outed me to cops to have me arrested because she was ticked I wouldn't pay her money to shut her up.

I'm quite familiar with how HARD it is to really prove that a person lost their job based solely on discrimination. It's exceptionally easy to 'let someone go' in an "employment at will" state. This is something I never quite grasped about the US - the secrecy. Compared to most of Europe, the US still seems to be stuck in the 'hellfire and brimstone' era. For most of us over here, it really doesn't matter who or how many know what your private preferences are as long as it's legal. Most of our street know what we're about, as did most people at my last workplace. It's no big deal over here. Heck, we have gay priests and bishops and lesbian nuns. The only people that say anything at all are the bible-bashers and the Muslims. Most others don't give a flying fuck.

Never heard of it - had to look it up. Firstly, it was in the late 80's and apparently the clincher was that because the activities were not carried out within the private confines of the marital home AND it had been videotaped, made Article 8 protection null and void. So in essence, it was a 'special case' of S&M where physical harm was done and made available beyond the confines of a marital home; even though it was (allegedly) with consent by all involved. What they are basically saying is that it is not legal to do this shit outside of a marital home by more than just the couple involved and also to make it available to others. The house of lords stated that physical harm is not something that can be consented to in this type of scenario. I disagree that we are living in a 'hellfire and brimstone' era. We tend to be much more liberal and free-thinking than our American cousins over the pond. For instance, being "outed" wouldn't normally get you fired or get your benefits curtailed in any way. There may be odd instances like this case that come to light, but it's not so much "shock, horror" as the Americans seem to suffer.
