Status: offline 		I was hoping to connect with any real christians who are into BDSM. Perhaps this is not the place for it and if not I apologize but I would be interested in talking with those who are church going fairly regularly and have some kink or swing activities in their life.

So with that in mind...are there any?

Status: offline 		There has got to truckloads especially those from the US and southern regions.

I myself have had discussion with US dominants on how life with them will be like, and they mention church friends, hanging out at church on Sunday.

Sounds like a nightmare to me, as I'm an atheist. But there are certainly loads of Christian people specifically in the US region. You should have absolutely no problem finding them on here! Filter by more southern-ish states?

I don't know. One could argue that Florence and too much of what was to become 'Christian' Europe was pretty devout say 1300 to 1700 or 1800.

I think she described it as Christians who attends church religiously. That's how I interpret it. And that's how I kinda identify real Christians too.

I mean, my x-dom identify as a Christian for his religion, but he has probably never stepped into a church in his life. His parents also do not attend church, which is also great! So his not from a super religious family. To me, that's great!

I don't think I can ever be with a church going Christian. We gonna have a fight about whether our kids will be allowed to go to church or not and I don't approve of my kids going to church as a routine, unless just for one time educational experience, but it wouldn't be just churches. We'd see some churches, some mosques, some hindu temples, some buddhist temples, like an excursion to understand all the different religions.

Anyone claiming to be a follower of the mainstream religions, today (especially Catholicism) should be willing to acknowledge that they are Paulians and Constantinians.

Paul, who never met Jesus was "elevated" by Constantine (motivated almost entirely by politics) to a position higher than Peter (whom, every bible I know of contends was Jesus' choice to lead his church) and Luke.

Constantine was a scumbag and Paul was mis-guided.

Well except that the 20 Canons of Nicea failed to mention Jesus at all and by far most...deal with church mechanics or organizational chart hierarchy. (church politics) Not much else there except for the new sin here or there and still mainly dealing with those within the church and not society as a whole.

By the 14th century most all of that was settled until along came Luther.

I am a Christian, meaning a follower of Christ. There are many spiritually-minded persons who are not necessarily religious dogmatists. The common denominator is that they/we most often adhere to The Golden Rule, to treat others as you would have them treat you.

It can feel as though one is leading a double (inner) life within layers of a double (outer) life! So, this can present a challenge in certain aspects, and in assorted compartmentalized areas, of one's life.

At any rate, spiritual mystics are a rare breed no matter what their religious upbringing, background or affiliation might happen to be. Neither Catholic, Christian Orthodox, Protestant, nor any other Christ-centric theological body (7thDA, LDS) has a monopoly on the ministering of Jesus' teachings.

There's a few, but you're far more likely to encounter bigoted fuckwits who are more interested in using a few stray lines of Leviticus to justify the chip on their shoulder than people who have any interest in Christ's message. Whether these are proper Christians are not depends on your own tolerance for mealy mouthed bullshit and poisonous hypocrisy as a rule.

Religion is super important, if you seek a life partner. Don't forget if you cannot agree on your kid's religious education, everything will go FUBAR, and kids do not need parents who will fight over them. Some religion like Judaism or Islam, and some super staunch Catholics, may require conversion of religion for marriage. THAT is a big problem!
