Gosh. I think you're really scraping the bottle of the barrel in order to come to that conclusion. It looks to me like the desperate scrabbling of someone who is terrified of having to compete in an equal world. The article makes some important points, in a pretty rational and sensible way. You should read it through a couple of times and perhaps consider adopting a similar approach. I doubt anyone on here would assert that the feminist movement is even close to being perfect, and I welcome adult discussions about some of the memes and ideas that come out of it. I certainly agree that if people that support gender equality allow opponents of equality to fixate on things like "manspreading" there's a real danger that their, often deliberate and wilfully deceitful, mischaracterisation of the goals of gender equality will continue to effectively smear the idea of equality. I know that you don't want to have a reasoned debate, you're one of a small minority of men who is so threatened by the idea of equality that, in your pathetic weakness, you lash out. Making claims like "To be a male feminist, you must really hate yourself. " or, as another poster likes to assert, that "feminism is a cancer" makes the person making the claim look like a stupid pointless little stain. By contrast, the hysterical and often dishonest whining of some people in the MRA movement (by no means all) can be very reasonably characterised as pathetic, whining, nonsense. There's no more room in a debate for this kind of pathetic nonsense than there is for the mad-eyed man hating fringe of feminism.
