Trump's hopes of a successful controversy free coronation from the GOP convention were dashed twice in recent days. First the co-author of "The Art of the Deal" Tony Schwartz dumped on Trump calling him a "sociopath" and pathological liar: http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2016/07/25/donald-trumps-ghostwriter-tells-all "“[T]he prospect of President Trump terrified him[Schwartz]. I put lipstick on a pig,” he said. “I feel a deep sense of remorse that I contributed to presenting Trump in a way that brought him wider attention and made him more appealing than he is.” He went on, “I genuinely believe that if Trump wins and gets the nuclear codes there is an excellent possibility it will lead to the end of civilization.” If he were writing “The Art of the Deal” today, Schwartz said, it would be a very different book with a very different title. I think people are making a way too big of deal of Melania's speech. I give her a pass as English is just one of the five languages she knows. That's alot of languages. It might be difficult for her to express herself in English or think of the words to describe what she wants to say and she just happens to share the same values as Michelle. And she did wrote most of the speech herself. So who-ever was suppose to vet her speech, didn't do their home work and let it pass. Also, being able to form an original speech is not a qualification required for a President's wife. She's gonna be like barbara bush type of first lady. Not really involve and more quiet. She will be giving very few speeches in the future. I don't know what the motives of this co-author is, but Trump has been bragging about the art of deal for like years and years publicly. Only NOW he decided to smear him? And take credit that the book was written by him? Wonder if a Dem paid him to smear Trump.

And yet he's got several women from his past who stand up and describe him as warm, which would not happen if he was actually a sociopath. Just BS. And at the same time Sick Moris who spent years with Hillary has a book that has real insight into her that can be discussed, along with the insight out of the book from the Secret Service agent that guarded her. Tweak, why don't you take a lead with those?

For Trump to be labelled as a sociopath comes as no surprise to me. The fact that this labelling is being done by someone who has had close access to Trump over a period of time adds to the general impression Trump himself generates. Schwartz' critique reads true. I suggest you read the full 'New Yorker' magazine article and see for yourself. Trump's divisive politics, grandiose claims, self aggrandisement, lies, racist and/or personal abuse of his opponents (or anyone perceived to be an opponent), egomania, absurd policies and ridiculous posturing all create the impression that Trump is an out of control sociopath with no regard for the social divisions he is enlarging or the ugly hatreds he is stirring. These are all classic sociopath symptoms, straight out of the textbook. Trump's one and only agenda item is Trump. Anyone fooled by this patently fraudulent snake oil salesman needs to really take a good look at themselves.

So in essence he is saying trump is a fuking nutter I would be surprised if anyone is actually surprised by this. Albeit there is no accounting for the density of some americans. Had you bothered to read the 'New Yorker' magazine article I linked in the OP, you would know the answer to your question. It is striking that, despite the trenchant criticisms I levelled at Trump, your only quibble with my post was a (not terribly important) query about the time Trump's co-author spent with Trump. So I take it that you are in agreement with the list of sociopathic symptoms Trump's behaviour exhibits and the unavoidable conclusion based on those symptoms that Trump is a fraudulent dangerous sociopath. I'm glad that's settled.
