Because I thought Trump was already definitely the nominee like ever since Ted Cruz drop out!
Already congratulated him and celebrated then!
There was no doubt after Ted Cruz drop out that he WILL be the nominee.
So no new news.

As O'Reilly says, conventions are boring and full of shit, and if he wasn't paid shit loads of money to be there, he would never bother attending it haha.

Did thought Christie mock trial was amusing though! That must have been fun for him to play!

yeah its a shame it was full of bs, but it was funny.

The most interesting thing that came out of the convention is why Breit Bart put mustard into a water bottle. Does he drink mustard mix with water?
Seriously curious about his answer lol!

http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2016/07/19/paul-manafort-blames-hillary-clinton-for-melania-trump-speech-plagiarism-allegation/

Melania Trump used “common words and values” in her prime-time Republican National Convention speech Monday night, Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort said Tuesday, blaming Democrat Hillary Clinton for allegations that Mrs. Trump’s remarks were plagiarized from First Lady Michelle Obama’s 2008 convention address.

Mr. Manafort said on CNN that allegations that presumptive nominee Donald Trump’s wife, a Slovenian-born former model, spoke words lifted from Mrs. Obama are “absurd.”

“There’s no cribbing of Michelle Obama’s speech. These were common words and values, that she cares about her family, things like that,” said Mr. Manafort. “I mean, she was speaking in front of 35 million people last night. She knew that. To think that she would be cribbing Michelle Obama’s words is crazy.”

He added, “This is once again an example of when a woman threatens Hillary Clinton, how she seeks out to demean her and take her down.”

Speaking to reporters in Cleveland later, Mr. Manafort said “there’s a political tint” to the allegations of plagiarism, accusing the Clinton campaign of being the first to spread them without offering any evidence.

On Twitter, a senior Clinton adviser, Jennifer Palmieri, denied that the campaign played a role in spreading the plagiarism allegations.

I can't wait for the exciting Hillary versus Trump debates! Both conventions are gonna be booorrring.

This Manafort dude was probably the one who approved the speech. He fucked up. I think most people believe the person who approve the speech or help her write it should be fired. I think Trump made a mistaken switching his campaign manager to this guy!

Seems like Trump kids are getting more influence, they chose Pence, and they chose Manafort. That might be a problem. He doesn't listen to anybody but he does respect his kids.

Yet to be seen if all this works out.

What I thought was interesting was that DC revolted against the rules and lost (expected). If you don't play by the rules, then you shouldn't play.

Lucylastic -> RE: RNC Convention. (7/20/2016 6:09:18 AM)

DC?

KenDckey -> RE: RNC Convention. (7/20/2016 6:11:40 AM)

They were committed to vote for trump under the primary rules and they gave their votes to anyone but. (I think they had 9 votes but not sure)

Added: The Secretary all their votes for trump.

Lucylastic -> RE: RNC Convention. (7/20/2016 6:27:50 AM)

Ahhhh ok, yeah gotcha, my bad

KenDckey -> RE: RNC Convention. (7/20/2016 7:25:27 AM)

LOL No problem

Greta75 -> RE: RNC Convention. (7/20/2016 8:48:36 AM)

Haha Third Eye Blind trolled RNC. That's Hilarious. You'd think they will choose a band who is more conservative-leaning haha!
Lol! Good publicity stunt for Third Eye Blind anyway! They are really unknown now. And I was never into them.
