MasterG2kTR -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/30/2016 8:41:33 PM)

I'm gonn a go with.....NO......unless I get a lobotomy before that.......

ResidentSadist -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/30/2016 9:57:18 PM)

^ I see you're not a fan. Me, I love the campy film, its outrageous gore, vivid cliches and abundant cameo appearances . . . it's just a "have a good time" kind of movie.

Lucylastic -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 3:04:56 AM)

yes I will, even tho I will cringe thru it. Altho I think I turned it off during the last one, it was just toooo dumb, I too love campy outragous movies, but in moderation now.
Im in a historical setting mode at the moment.
And that tends toward series rather than movies.

They are bad, but they are intentionally bad.
As you say they are just to have fun, they aren't intended for cinematic greatness.

ResidentSadist -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 5:42:41 AM)

^ Yes, intentionally campy and cliche. It's like a pool party with beer, burgers, a lot of blood and the pool is filled with sharks.

WickedsDesire -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 5:48:20 AM)

I have never seen any of them I came across them by chance a little while ago for reasons that escape me - well you tube clips, and they look awesome.

Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens Official Trailer 1 (2016) - Tara Reid Movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vc-JlFpXLn8

littleladybug -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 8:52:15 AM)

The DVR is set. HM sat through the first two, and has requested that he not be "made" to sit through this.

DocStrange -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 9:56:32 AM)

I will be watching it. I am a sucker for the B horror and scifi flicks.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 12:01:19 PM)

TNDommeK -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 1:06:10 PM)

Of course!! We are ready!

kiwisub22 -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 1:44:34 PM)

Just watched the first two again last night. I had to laugh because with the first one, under viewer recommendations the film was described as "comedy, horror" - and i'm really sure that the first time it was aired it was described as "horror" only.

The Sharknado movies are campy, but not quite up to the Bruce Campbell standard of campiness, which to me, are the gold standard of campy sci fi movies.
The sci fi channel has the best bad movies. [:D]

ThatDizzyChick -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 3:49:51 PM)

Stupid movies to entertain stupid people.

kiwisub22 -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 4:24:52 PM)

Wow - who pooped in your pool.

Luckily for the rest of the world different people like different things....

Of course it would be unfair to expect it to match Bruce Campbell.
Have you seen Cockneys vs Zombies?
It is great//////if you like deliberately bad movies.
Didn't think the Brits had it in them.

No kidding.

I always wonder about people who make disparaging comments about those who enjoy things that aren't meant to be taken seriously.

MasterCaneman -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 7:23:46 PM)

I'm holding out for Sharknado, The Musical, myself...

ResidentSadist -> RE: -=Sharknado 4= (7/31/2016 8:22:02 PM)

The movie was a blast.

What could make for better cinema than firing machine guns into a lightening-sharknado that is trying to eat a cownado? Perhaps having Gary Busey, the nerdy scientist, help David Hasselhoff’s son Ian Ziering save the world from a nuclearnado full of atomic sharks? Is it wrong to get pleasure watching sharks eat the cameo’s like Vince Neil, Paul Shaffer and Todd Chrisley? Speaking of the cameo’s and cast…

Gary Busey (“Point Break”) as April’s father

Tommy Davidson (“In Living Color”) as an Astro X-rocket scientist

T’Keyah Crystal Keymah (“In Living Color”) as an Astro X-rocket scientist

Gotta' love Cockneys vs Zombies. Have you seen Black Sheep?
"An experiment in genetic engineering turns harmless sheep into blood-thirsty killers that terrorize a sprawling New Zealand farm. "

But not much can match an all time fav in my house... "Lesbian Vampire Killers"... later released as "Vampire Killlers." I have the original release and it is truly hilarious with decent acting, story line and production. Funny, sexy and full of vampire cliches.

I normally don't see you so I looked at your last 20 post. Apparently you are a snarky cunt that trolls the Dungeon of Political and Religious Discussion forums looking for excuse to post one liner insults. If your snark was funny or you had said something intelligent, you may have at least added some entertainment to the forums... but sadly, you have no humor or apparent intellect, only overwhelming bitterness.

Has anyone ever just come out and asked you why you were such a dumb bitch and who pooped in your pool?
