Alright, please elaborate on the 'rules' of determining choices. Now, personally, I rate films a bit differently, including things like technical aspects, historic accuracy (example: "The Comancheros" with John Wayne, set in the days when Texas was an independent country, thus pre repeating rifles, with 1890 winchesters and colt peacemakers) as well as script, acting, and how it was filmed. Therefore, before I can even suggest a best worst film, I do need some clarification on what you are looking for. FYI, if you watch "Tora, Tora, Tora" during one sequence when a japanese torpedo plane is setting up on a target, you will see the USS Bainbridge in the background, the first Nuclear powered Destroyer.
