Seems to me that all a person has to do is wait 181 days and then file and the record is gone which could affect the outcome of the complaint positively or negatively.

Police should wear their body cam at all times while on duty, period! It protects both parties. As for how long should footage stay on record, 180 days seems reasonable. Why would anybody only file 6 mths later anyway?

Every public servant should be on camera every minute he is supposedly in service, i mean at work. If you flip fucking burgers for a living you are on camera. If you run a cash register you are on camera. Why not the people we license to use deadly force ? We have the technology. I'd like to extend that to politicians. In fact one of the reasons I tend not to buy into normal reports is the Nixon had tapes of everything that happened in his office. That brings his dishonesty into question. Why would he tape everything ? And then what, eighteen minutes was his undoing ? Why did he make the tapes in the first place ? And now we got Obama with supposedly the most transparent administration in history working on a treaty known as the TPP and it is secret. And Nixon's people did not steal anything from the DNC, they just wired the place for sound. Now, they got a copy of every phone call, email and every other damn thing. Without a warrant. You think that via the NSA that Obama does not have access to the communications of the RNC ? You think the IRS harassment was not impelled by him ? So what you used to impeach for is now just hunky dory. Well that is for the cops too. Because they are so paranoid that they should get a real job, they got a license to kill. Iff your Grampa is in bed with a bad back, if your kid has a toy gun, and if you're Black it is even worse. "FREEZE", now "SHOE ME YOUR HANDS" and then shoot you for moving after being told to freeze. These are the acts of cowards. I am one but at least I admit it. I am not out in a car driving around looking for trouble. I keep to myself. Bust down my back door my gun comes out and you be dead. But I am so sick of the bullshit I don't even want to go to bars anymore. Work and the stores to get groceries and beer. The smoke gets delivered. But I remember how it used to be. They needed a warrant to search your car. They needed a warrant to search YOU. They needed a warrant to search your house. They used to need an indictment from a grand jury to even arrest you, now that only applies to the very rich people who can afford a lawyer to fuck them up the ass in court. Or actually to some people who have learned how to handle the courts and can represent themselves properly pro se. Bottom line, until there is a Citizen body with teeth, and I mean our own prosecutors and judges who can put these bad cops in prison exists, you will never get justice. This is what BLM should be shooting for, and I bet they get alot of Whites on their side. I would be. I think it is wrong to shoot peoople unless they are doing something really wrong. The guy I mentioned got shot for moving after being told "Show me your hands" ? He was at the door OF HIS OWN CAR looking for something on the floor. The cop that shot him should not be on the force nor even be allowed to buy a gun. But that is not how it works. But shoot one of them ? Ho boy, they will never let you live. This is not a classless society to say the least. T^T

I dont know 'all' the exact details anymore, but somehow the russians got involved in the mix and claimed the cops kid who was shot was dirty and the mark was called. kane was causing the banks incredible pain with his knowledge on contract law proving mortgage fraud and teaching people how to get their houses for free due to the banks breach of contract. This all took place about the same time the chinese popping off missiles 35 miles off the california chore to remind gietner how pissed off they were that the banks sold them fraudulent debt.
