This was an interesting read. As a Dominant male on collarspace, and as a professional in real-life who deals a lot with numbers, it is pretty clear that if you are a genuine Dom seeking a submissive female, you are in for a rough ride (no pun intended).
If every submissive female out there is being inundated with tons of "spam", then it is unlikely that they will ever find you. I remember reading Jay Wiseman's book long ago stating that there are far more sub's than Dom's in the lifestyle; I guess things have …well…changed.
I would prefer not to follow the herd by spamming every female in my geographic area and hope to actually get a response, that would make me part of the problem, and I also try to respect people’s time (yes I am a Dom and I respect subs, sorry if that sounds strange to some people).
I am curious what do others think about this?
I am also curious what female submissive have experienced on this site, and if any of them have actually made any progress on this site, or if they just get overwhelmed and well, leave.

I could give a fuck about the numbers or the stats.
My experience not just here but on other sites and at munches and local groups in real life is that The Real Male Doms (Trademarked, patent pending) almost never have much issue finding slave/submissive females.
Why?
Because there may be a lot of "men" on here, but very very few of them have a fucking cue about dominance and BDSM.
The vast majority are wankers, HNG's, fantasists, misogynists, people looking for a quick piece of ass and/or players.
The real ones, the guys that have an idea about things, they are few and far between.
And most of those are taken. They get snapped right up.
This isn't just here either. Go to your local group. Take a look around. Really look.
The guys who are the real deal, they tend to be taken. Not just that but there's usually a minx or two catting around, waiting to be available if and when he ever becomes single.
What they ain't is hurting for pussy or subs.
Generally the same holds true here as well.
Be a straight shooter. Have some integrity. Act like a real live person. Treat the subs like a person with a life and hopes and dreams and plans and goals and a heart that she wants to give to another and its amazing how things work out.
In other words, to be succinct, Be a Man worth serving and maybe, just maybe, when the Master is ready the pupil will appear.
One day you wake up and you no longer are spamming anyone with approaches-instead they are writing to you.
That's when things get fun :-)
Oh, BTW, if you want to learn how to write to a prospective sub, I cannot recommend this thread enough. Really. Stephann knew what he was about
