I have offered up an article from about 1970 that seems to explain it somewhat. It is from IBM's "Think" magazine. It includes details of a couple of studies on animals. I see the parallels easily, because humans are not mineral or vegetable.
If the perps are Muslim, they got a reason, but if they are going nuts this may partly explain it :

Some people refuse to understand that we want our space. I am against ALL immigration. We have enough people. This is a logical decision. Some consider it racist or xenophobic but I consider it logical. We have too many people already. People in other countries say we should take in more, but fukum. Most of Europe is, IMO, extremely overpopulated.
Many in other countries have gotten used to it, and actually those Peoples are reproducing less, like the Sika deer on that island in the article. Meantime, malevolent government flood the streets with immigrants who want to rape, and think it is just OK to do so as long as she is eight years old. It is a class war, the rich have decided there are too many of us. Too many of us to control. Even in countries with gun control they are afraid. Three bodyguards with guns are not of much use against 1,000 people.
Right now, most socialistic governments are getting by supplying social programs, free lunch, medical care and all that. The safety net that was spoken of years ago. If not for that, the disenfranchised, disgruntled, disowned and criminals would be causing alot more problems.
But these countries are running out of money, and a part of that problem I would bet is people abusing the system.
But the thing is, in that article I host, food was not the problem. It was the social interaction. However, the deer did learn. We might.
It is partially happening naturally. Whites and Jews are reproducing at an alarmingly low rate, not even the replacement rate. Other races are polluting the planet with human garbage, and it is not politically correct to stop them according to the elite, which are insulated from the problem.
There are a bunch of people who should have starved to death two generations ago. Never been born. Feed someone and they have 12 kids, then you have to feed them and they have 12 kids so you have to feed 144, and all of them have 12 kids so now you have to feed 1,728. And not one of them have a single skill nor a work ethic. Slavery ? Some people you had to whip even if you did pay them wages to get them to work.
This is progress.
