Why won’t Trump, deranged half wit, post tax returns?

Some figures
Pillory Bint(on) 34.2% no bad mad witcheee
Dim Cane 20.3% naughty rascal

The IRS has said Mr Trump is free to release his returns. Mr Trump would be the first presidential candidate in decades not to release his returns.

Mitt Romney 14.1%, guffaws crook

I have 2 theories:
1. Tramps piggy bank is empty, much like your federal reserve and Fort Knox so in effect one cannot post returns on nothing
2. He is currently getting his 10 trillion roubles exchanged for dollars, about 4 bucks and some slattery change(we call that shrapnel here).

There are other possibilities, besides the obvious one of the circus peanut being worth nothing like the ten billion he keeps claiming (I think the most generous estimate anybody else has made is 4.2.):
The circus peanut blathers about the vast amount of money he gives to charity. You can claim that as a tax cut, and as such it would show on his tax records.
The circus peanut almost certainly has money hidden away from the IRS in tax havens. Somebody might have pointed out that demonstrating any evidence of this, while whittering about how crooked his opponent is, might make him look like a cunt. (the circus peanut has no problems with acting like a cunt, but seems to get a little histrionic if anybody calls him on that, as I'm sure you've noticed.)
On a similar note: the circus peanut surely claims his legal fees as a business expense, and a demonstration of just how much he wastes on litigation on an annual basis might scare off some of the fucktards who are stupid enough to take him seriously when he claims to represent the working man.
Of course none of these, or any other reasons that have been suggested, are mutually exclusive.

So your own theory whoremods he has escaped from the travelling circus of curiosities..fair enough, it happens - no asylum can hold my essence.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-34903577 Donald Trump: 30 things the Republican believes

5. Create a simpler tax code. Trump wants anyone who earns less than $25,000 (£16,524) to pay no income tax. They would submit nothing more than a single page tax form that reads "I win". He would lower the business tax to 15%. He would also allow multinational companies keeping money overseas to repatriate their cash at a 10% tax rate.

And yet he is in this position - do you not find that curious.

I am not a Trump supporter but... If he has filed his taxes and they were accepted by the IRS then they are no ones business but his.

If I were running for public office I would not divulge my private tax returns either. If anyone asked I would say none of your business.

Now if my decision not to divulge my tax records cost me your vote then so be it... I would bet that Trump will not lose one vote over his taxes.

I dont think Romney released many if any, and of course Trump will glean less votes than Romney as he augers into his overwhelming loss. Just another nail in an already heavily nailed coffin.

kdsub -> RE: Why won’t Tramp, deranged half wit, post tax returns? (8/16/2016 8:52:21 AM)

Yes he is free... he has so far decided not to... his choice... and his supporters could not care less.

I've heard it said that for someone to invoke the 5th amend. against self incrimination, the jury (or observer) also has a right to infer guilt in general. On taxes, Trump is invoking the 5th which could infer...he's hiding something.

Years ago referred to in a link from this forum, his bankers had his net worth at about $700 mill. while he claimed several times that. It's as likely as true now.

mnottertail self proclaimed epitomes are typically vultures who rip the flesh from others, especially the meek and fair, and smack their lips.Do you require a lesson in anything?

Dick Womenly reluctantly released his whopping 14.1% contribution to the greater good. (2012) and he did that whilst stripping the flesh from bones and he creamed himself with half a tea spoon...unlike the lashings of my delicious galore ladies *winks

5th amendment is to not incriminate...Not divulging tax returns is a right.

I never understand why politicians lie when all they would have to say is ... None of your damn business and never anything more.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury,

So, you think maybe Trump committed a "capital, or otherwise infamous crime?"

Probably . . . . LOL!

WickedsDesire -> RE: Why won’t Tramp, deranged half wit, post tax returns? (8/16/2016 10:00:46 AM)

he is the first not to declare it since 1972

why?

kdsub -> RE: Why won’t Tramp, deranged half wit, post tax returns? (8/16/2016 10:01:29 AM)

How many before 1972?

None obviously. It has become a traditional part of the resumes of candidates for the nation's highest office. If we are to hire someone as president are we not entitled to all of his/her previous employment details? Oh, I think so.

WhoreMods -> RE: Why won’t Tramp, deranged half wit, post tax returns? (8/16/2016 10:49:39 AM)

If the candidate is a Democrat, apparently the nation's entitled to see his birth certificate (and then spend the next eight years whining that it's a fake), never mind his tax returns...

kdsub -> RE: Why won’t Tramp, deranged half wit, post tax returns? (8/16/2016 11:09:47 AM)

No we are not entitled to know personal information.... I may provide it if I choose but you are not entitled. As long as my taxes are paid or submitted and accepted you have no need to see my returns.

FR : How Did We Get Here ?

First of all, what does it matter what a candidate makes ? Richer is better or poorer is better ? What's more, one of the reasons billionaires don't pay alot of taxes is because their money is made, they don't have to make more.

And then we have Clinton with a "Foundation" to hide alot of money. The way it works in business is that you don't really have to own the money, you just have to control the money. For example banks, they bribe congress with YOUR money, but then YOU gave them control of it. Like incorporation, you distance yourself from the money but still control it while being insulated from lawsuits and even criminal charges in many cases. But you can still throw a thousand or a million here and there and be almost accountable to nobody. Maybe the shareholders if your firm is publicly traded but that is about it.

So Clinton has a "Foundation", Romney has the Mormon Church, Trump might just reinvest his profits as fast as possible and show zero income. But certainly he does not need that $300,000 Presidential salary.

You can be rich as hell and show practically no income. Interest income maybe but only on what you draw out of the bank.

Like the Rothschilds. Estimated by Credit Suisse to have $230 trillion. Not all in cash and gold but I bet they got some gold stashed somewhere nobody knows about. Why do they bother to do anything ? In fact, either there is a news blackout about their activities or they really don't do much. With that kind of money I wouldn't. So I would say their personal incomes could be quite low. They simply don't need it.

You want to see my taxes ? If I were President personal freedom would be paramount. We would start charging big business taxes and if they move out they get tariffs on their product. I would find the best, and I mean the very best in the healthcare industry to run our new single payer plan. Sure your income taxers go up but then think of this - you are not paying ten grand a year in premiums and ten grand a year in deductibles. What's more, since everything is covered no matter what your car insurance goes down because we won't have this fifty grand for a broken leg.

We need to find the people who run Cleveland Clinic and that other one the Sheiks and Emirs go to. They run it. The government just writes the checks for payroll, and equipment and supplies. Well utilities and building maintenance etc. as well. There is no room on the top floor with a dozen people making two million a year each.

And with drug companies, import them all. Go ahead Pfizer and ship your shit to Japan for half the price you gouge us, we'll just buy it there and fuck you. You won't sell a fucking aspirin here.

The government has to remember it is the government. Its job is not to spy on the People and extract their wealth. Its job is to protect the People from predators. Right now they are doing all the shit they shouldn't and none of the shit they should.

Of course if President I would have my own people between me and the secret service, and no doctors. And I certainly would not go riding around in convertibles in Texas to say the least.

Bullshit

The reason people expect to see the tax returns is to know that they are paying their fair share and not putting the burden on the poor and middle class. And, even if the have billions, they still have income from investments which is likely more than at least 50%-75% of the population. Which means they still have plenty of taxes to pay.

They are both rights and we are also allowed to draw inferences. I.e., the right not to answer a question in court is because it may tend incriminate. The right not to disclose taxes may also infer...a right not to incriminate.

You are correct but it sure does seem that HRC is being held to answer for a lot without indictment. My point is that the voting public has a right to infer his decision is based on avoiding incrimination.
