Trump will not disclose his tax document.............Hellary DID NOT disclose 33,000 email documents and who knows what other documents when asked by Congress..........and you are concerned about Trump paying taxes? Did he get an IRS audit? NO!! He payed what was in his LEGAL obligation!

But I tell you what, the NSA can find copies of every email he ever sent or received. But for some inexplicable reason not Clinton's. I bet a republican regime could. President Trump just says "Get me Hillary's emails, and don't say you don't have them, you have every email ever sent since the last ten fucking years. Come up with it or you are going to prison. This is what we hired you for. You got two days".

That's what I would do.

Then we look into the Clinton Foundation.

They are both rights and we are also allowed to draw inferences. I.e., the right not to answer a question in court is because it may tend incriminate. The right not to disclose taxes may also infer...a right not to incriminate.

The anti-income tax crowd is similar. Their claim is that the government has no right to tax your labor. They have the right to tax companies and corporations, and to regulate same, but not individuals. They have the right to impose duties and tariffs, and abusing that led to the civil war.

The first page in the IRS handbook contains the words "based on voluntary compliance".

You are lied to. The 1040 form is a contract. The ONLY people who have beaten the IRS did not file, or at least did not sign at the bottom. Once you sign that and they have it, you have agreed to be under their jurisdiction.

Just like if you drive without a license, they cannot charge you with not having insurance, and quite a few other things.

Bottom line, when you sign your name you are signing away rights.

Granted, much of this issue is based on a presumption that she compromised the country and/or made deals that she should not have made.

But why did she delete all of it ? She would support spying on us and say "If you got nothing to hide you got nothing to worry about" so what about her ? (and she supposedly works for us) We can only assume she had something to hide until the NSA releases the files, and YOU KNOW they have them. Why else delete them ? Why else give your political enemies ammunition against you ? Is she that stoooopid ? Well she did marry Bill and I am pretty sure her family was richer than his. If I recall, it is reported they were textile merchants or whatever, like some say about the Rothschilds. Yeah sure were but those textiles were paper money.

Anyway, the only logical conclusions are that either she is fucked in the head or had something to hide.

How do you know this? Have you seen the return?

If you haven't, then it seems to me that you have no factual basis for this claim. You haven't the faintest idea whether Trump paid his fair share, if he paid any tax, or if his income is more or less than he claims. You are precisely in the same boat as the rest of us - you don't know.

I suspect that Trump's real reason for withholding his returns is that they contain information that contradicts his very public claims about his personal fortune and his business acumen. I won't know until the returns are released publicly and examined by competent people. I do know that if he had nothing to hide, then he wouldn't be hiding his returns and creating a stick for others to beat him with.

Sorry but I tend to be a tad cynical about the self aggrandising claims of pathological liars. You should be too.

He's claiming that he can't do it while under audit, which is ridiculous. I suspect one of the following:

1. His income is nowhere near what he said it was. (He's funny about that.)

2. He's paying little or no tax relative to his income.

3. He's got some chicanery going on. For example, I read that one of his casinos, while bleeding money and costing investors, has been paying him a handsome salary directly, plus consulting fees as a consultant (!), plus paying him for using the services of another company he owns.
