I'm rather glad we don't have flying cars. I've enough on with trying to avoid the 14 pointers on the ground, let alone in the air. As it is someone still managed to do £8000 worth of damage to my car in May, and I'm still not back driving yet. With a clear road ahead of me, and my right of way it really shouldn't have happened that the stupid woman hit me semi head on [>:]

Ouch

jlf1961 I know all and see all and I like brains, they are rare, but they do occur from time to time - i have to dull myself down on here, and there, for the likes of your For the unenlightened (uneducated)brain that would not worry billy the half wit goats brother on its off day...the feeble concept of your arse spraying mayhem would be afeared at one wattage of my brain power

My answer was correct:
1. Ion drive...thing about that it would surpass voyager 1 and 2 in 3 years and with better technology too boot.
2. Surely your mad waffling meant the EMD drive which is this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RF_resonant_cavity_thruster - you mention these peer reviewed papers point me to oneSpace is vast: no minds understand these distances beyond the reach of sour solar system - not one - not mine. Most minds cannot envisage the distance to the moon - mines can and about up to mars and then my mind falls away there are some minds who can comprehend jupiter and there are none who can get further. And these are but a drop in the ocean of vastness.

Venus is utterly inhospitable......and little pint there be of visiting lucifers stars......

We lack the capacity to reach for the stars. The moon and mars would be a good start..i think at 46 the moon will be done by the Chinese - Mars will not in my lifetime not even a one way mission

But further arguments can be made the USA and Russia are in possession of UFO - this I do no doubt, and their propulsion system. modus operandi, consume my every waking moment, over looking ununpentium (Uup) and "nob" lazar and elemental 115 - he was ridiculed for that

WD, I know you're as mad as a box of frogs, but seriously, do you actually ever read your stuff back to yourself out loud before you hit that 'OK' button?

Peer reviews for the EM drive

http://emdrive.com/

Spend one second on google, and it's all right there. Even our own MSM actually reported on it, which is amazing in itself.

Needles

needlesandpins a monster of the arse spraying mayhem- those sentient cannot best that i can devolve myself to fracture you from reality itslef and your loins would feel the shudder of my might and be drunk on its glory mess

now fuk off with your heinous lies of deceit and spurious llinks you have no notion of an idea what an ED drive is or the physics behind it

now lying cunt you quoted me http://emdrive.com/ and no peer review - liar and ugly kunt and what an utter abject mess

ahahaha

needlesandpins -> RE: Alright I want to know (8/25/2016 3:48:12 PM)

Oh come now Little wicked one, not so long ago you were paying me compliments, but now because you can't read straight you spout your drivel at me

How my precious heart is wounded [:D]

No notion? I have every notion, and I can at least explain it in terms that other people can understand.

Good night wee man.

There is one serious flaw with ion drive as we have it now.

It is a very low velocity thrust, which makes it great for low mass payloads.

What we are talking about is a high mass payload, very high mass, needing a high velocity thrust just to break inertia.

Something generating a few tons just is not going to work, even if you kept it going continuously for months, and to generate that much electrical power, you will still need a nuclear reactor, solar wont cut it once you are beyond a certain point.

So, logically, if you are going to have to put a nuclear power plant on the damn ship in the first place, why not go with the higher efficiency engine?

As for the speculation that the US or Russia is in possession of a crashed UFO is, in my opinion, bs. For one thing, if we did actually have it, then we would not still be dependent on chemical rockets to achieve orbit, we would be using the tech reverse engineered from the crashed craft.
