My answer was correct:
1. Ion drive...thing about that it would surpass voyager 1 and 2 in 3 years and with better technology too boot.
2. Surely your mad waffling meant the EMD drive which is this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RF_resonant_cavity_thruster - you mention these peer reviewed papers point me to oneSpace is vast: no minds understand these distances beyond the reach of sour solar system - not one - not mine. Most minds cannot envisage the distance to the moon - mines can and about up to mars and then my mind falls away there are some minds who can comprehend jupiter and there are none who can get further. And these are but a drop in the ocean of vastness.

Venus is utterly inhospitable......and little pint there be of visiting lucifers stars......

We lack the capacity to reach for the stars. The moon and mars would be a good start..i think at 46 the moon will be done by the Chinese - Mars will not in my lifetime not even a one way mission

But further arguments can be made the USA and Russia are in possession of UFO - this I do no doubt, and their propulsion system. modus operandi, consume my every waking moment, over looking ununpentium (Uup) and "nob" lazar and elemental 115 - he was ridiculed for that

There is one serious flaw with ion drive as we have it now.

It is a very low velocity thrust, which makes it great for low mass payloads.

What we are talking about is a high mass payload, very high mass, needing a high velocity thrust just to break inertia.

Something generating a few tons just is not going to work, even if you kept it going continuously for months, and to generate that much electrical power, you will still need a nuclear reactor, solar wont cut it once you are beyond a certain point.

So, logically, if you are going to have to put a nuclear power plant on the damn ship in the first place, why not go with the higher efficiency engine?

As for the speculation that the US or Russia is in possession of a crashed UFO is, in my opinion, bs. For one thing, if we did actually have it, then we would not still be dependent on chemical rockets to achieve orbit, we would be using the tech reverse engineered from the crashed craft.
