I like the old fashioned ball gag. It's simple, easy to use and serves its purpose.

Areflection, yes penis gags do fill the mouth and there's just that little bit of humiliation that I've found associated with them which is nice!

I don't mind wearing gags but I can't say i love them. I like to kiss and bite and use my mouth. Plus I hate being all drooly. It's just so messy

I had never thought about it much until an extremely vivid dream the other night of sleeping with a cock in my mouth (a real one). Since then, the thought of a penis gag has been on my mind, perhaps a bit too much.

i have warn many different gags and bits, and i spose th eone i prefer is called a dribble gag - it's like a hollow ball, with lots of holes in that allows you to breath through it.. i just feel like it's safer, even when you're being hurt and gasping for air.. and yes, i know you dribble and make a mess, but that's just life isn't it?

gags i have found neva silence you completely, all they do is remove your ability to communicate. pillows are best for screaming into if a Dom/me want to silence you.

Dirty or wet knickers are good for humiliation, and penis gags just feel nice

i, like others have mentioned, find that a solid ball gag that's forced in my mouth just makes my jaw ache. And if it's not forced and secured, then like has also been said, it's easy to push out.

I've found that most ball gags are just too big for a female mouth. But if they're the right size and lodged properly, they're relatively safe. (Stuffing the mouth with cloth or panties or whatever could be much more dangerous because something could get down into the throat.)

People often overlook penis gags. I'd assume that almost anyone can use a penis gag, even if they have TMJ or a mouth that's too small for most ball gags.

We have never used gags Master likes the sounds i make. If i get too loud, however, Master will kis me too muffel my cries. That is the kind of "gag" I like.

I like the idea of gags, but cannot use a ball gag, too big for me and my jaw hurts too much. I never tried a penis gag, but it sounds fun. I like tape, it looks and feels good and the old hand across the mouth is very effective too.

Like others, my partners liked hearing my moans and screams so gags were not used often.

I like what someone said about a kiss silencing them, that is erotic.
