to search you go to the home page and type in a name. You will see that there are several ways to search.
as far as the people looking, i think that page is just to keep an eye on who is keeping an eye on you. sometimes i send a thank you note, other times i dont. depends on my mood. the forums seem to be more interesting, once you find a place where they are responding almost immediately. '
