US election: Why is Clinton's foundation so controversial? The Clinton Foundation's value is in the eye of the beholder. It has been lauded as force for good in the world. It has also been condemned as a "slush fund" for the Clinton family and a front for official corruption. Either way, it has become a growing source of discomfort for a Hillary Clinton presidential campaign that would much rather have voters and the media focus on Donald Trump and his finances. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37168505 I see nothing particularly untoward.

I don't know: maybe it's controversial because she uses it to give donors' money (rather than her own) to charity then brays to the media about all of the good work she does? Oh, no, can't be, can it? That's the other guy does that...

It would depend almost solely on one's partisan prejudices. If I don't like Hills, or don't like all dems, or don't like any of the so-called liberal policies I am told she stands for knowing that I don't need to know for sure myself because all I need to do is watch the right TV News, then of course, she and [it] should be just short of...drawn and quartered. But if I am a 1%er, think she will promote the forever ecclesiastical concept that the lowly-taxed, profit motive is the only progressivism we need and that the US should now forever (and for sometime now) go to war at the drop of a hat and if necessary...drop the hat, that poor people are all always to blame for being poor and her policies show support for that concept, that global warming is simply a means to tax and otherwise a liberal hoax, seeks to kill all but the most placid and harmless Muslims, promotes policies that support the value of equities, will not regulate the unfunded liabilities of hedge funds and other financial paper risks as well as all wall street bankers, keep so-called 'carried interest' and 'capitals gains' taxes immorally low, then...you go girl !! Oh and I don't give a flying fuck about anything else let alone some fucking foundation.

MrRodgers I will not be here forever (perhaps never again after this eve)r - but you have a brain I have noticed. I neither like or dislike her.
