Just a few quick notes here.

Mom is turning 70 this month. Lizard is going to come up and cook up a feast for us (brother M is turning 39 as well) which includes bbq, whatever sides and chocolate chip cheesecake (glad I brought that springform pan at the garage sale).

Just MHMR on the 13th, going over my benefits and a side trip to the caseworker. Dentist on the 30th for cleaning of the final 4 teeth (maybe they will notice the filling has fallen out...).

Dentures fitting kinda fine. I have bone spurs where teeth used to be (my teeth were so crooked) so some filing had to be done. Still some problems but I can live with them. Now to get used to eating with them.

With me switching banks to Mom's bank, she posed a good question last night...how was she to get the money I give her each month (I help pay for gas, dental loan, groceries even through I am on SNAP *2 figures*, household items, partial rent to help with the taxes, bus tickets). She forgot that I have online access to all her accounts and mine is included in the list. I can simply transfer money over when it comes in into her main account so she can use it a day in advance of her payday (I get SSDI, she gets regular SS). That way we can use the debit card only if necessary (after my bills, that is).

I am going to have to cut down on my computer usage some during the day. I upgraded to 15 gigs a month and STILL don't get enough usage to keeping playing my game, even during the free time (2am to 8am Central). With fall coming, there is a lot of yardwork to be done, preparing the new flower beds for next Spring, having my brother prepare the bees for winter, raking (I am surrounded by oak trees, lots of them) and of course the final mowing. With the recent rains, it is knee high now and we just had to buy a new mower (old one is giving up the ghost). This time, we are mowing the ENTIRE property facing the road.

Got one uncle's afghan done, just need 4 more panels for another uncle's afghan and stitch that together then I get back to my brothers' afghan for Christmas (or Yule for me). Haven't decided what to do for the kids yet.

OH!!! Lizard is coming up here after I visit her next week. She is staying about a week (which she will miss Tratra her hubby) but she is interviewing with Hot Topic today and that is her dream job (I smell discounts on cool t-shirts). Since she is known by the staff, she should get it.

And happy September! Can you believe it? Where has the year gone?

I'm in the middle of a crazy project. Working 10-16 hour days, and frankly, loving it.

My birthday just passed two days ago. I'm officially 43 and changed that on my profile. LOL! Pet had a lovely day with me, and I'm having my annual birthday party and pig picking on Sunday. Got myself some laser hair removal for my birthday present to me.

The 11-18th, I'll be in the Outer Banks on annual retreat with 50 FemDoms and friends. Can't wait for that. I'll be working, but I'll be working in a huge house right on the ocean, so I'm good with that.

May have locked in on a new place for The Venue. We'll see, hopefully this month. *fingers crossed*

Have a new bull that I enjoy, and a new sub type that I'm getting to know. We'll see where it all goes.

Looking forward to fall. So much. This summer has been HOT, DAMN HOT! LOL! I want to get back outside walking and hiking.

Happy September all!

Actually, not much to write about. Just doing the normalish fall things to get ready for winter. Stocking up hay for horses, filled the LP tank, tidying up the gardens, enjoying the outdoors more.

We had our annual family gathering and no one died....which given the location and the ages and dare devil inclinations of a few family members......made it a huge success. The hike on the most dangerous part Generic Dude lead the way as he knows the trail well, I brought up the rear of the kids part of the pack to keep them in line and safe. It wasn't the most fun hike I've ever done but it was successful.

Yay for fall and cooler, dryer, weather! More hiking, fishing, horseback riding and canoeing.

We're doing well here. Gary has stayed out of the hospital except for a few days when he was dehydrated due to diarrhea. Otherwise he is slowly but surely getting stronger.

We're getting ready for my first winter in Montana. I had insulation put in the attic, crawl space, and basement. Had a gas insert put into the fireplace. Put a garage door that actually closes on the garage. Next step is to build a passage way between the house and garage so we don't have to go outside to get to the garage. I am not able to shovel snow to make a path. Bought or am building waterers and feeders for the chickens and geese that should hold at least a week's worth so I only would have to go out daily to collect eggs.

Soon I will have to turn my attention to Arizona and getting that place cleaned out and sold. I worry about leaving Gary here by himself while I attend to all that. Hopefully his daughters will pick up the responsibility and check on him every day to make sure he is okay.

Yes, I am crazy about feathered creatures. I have a dozen chickens, 3 ducks, 5 geese, and 2 parakeets.

Revise that number. Just got 14 new chicks and 5 turkeys.
