I've never been messaged by a self-identified fin-domme on this site, only by obvious scammers.

If it happens just say "No", like you would to anyone else offering something that doesn't interest you.

So the proposition is that with declining economic opportunities then some women might choose findomme as an income source? That seems likely. It's one of the things I wish our politicians here in the US thought about when it comes to "values" and whatnot.

Regarding the whole public/private space thing and whatever your complaint is about the internet... huh? You do realize, right, that the internet hasn't changed at all. It's still the same old switches, lines, routers, IP addresses and DNS servers. Anyone can put up a server. I have 3. What that means is that there are still lots and LOTS of non-mega-hub sites out there. But in order to find them you'll need to get off the beaten paths.

Like all the junk mail you get via snailmail, this is called spamming and this has been going on everywhere on the Internet since www Day One, in everyone's e-mailbox.

Many a pc system crash from the proliferation of computer viruses, Trojan Horses, and other malware from visiting seemingly *legit* websites.
(Not to mention, they are all in the e-mailing address list selling circle-jerk business.)

In fact, any message you receive on a personals site may contain a malevolent link, if you are foolish enough to click onto it.

Nothing has changed much for the better, and neither will scamming. Con artists simply adapt to exploiting new technologies.
