ILoveMyLittle -> EMERGENCY (9/10/2016 8:11:45 PM)

HELP PLEASE!

I accidentally DELETE a sent mail that I meant to UNSEND. Now it's not there to UNDELETE or UNSEND anymore!

I really need to reel this one back in. PLEASE HELP. I have mailed tech support also but nothing yet.

stef -> RE: EMERGENCY (9/10/2016 8:21:22 PM)

There's nothing you, or anyone here, can do about that. If support even responds to you, consider yourself lucky. If they actually help you, consider buying lottery tickets.

Think before you send.

Nobody in tech support anywhere is in the business of recovering deleted user messages, e-mails, drafts, images, etc. If it does not automatically get routed into a user-recoverable trash bin folder, then you are beat.

If you wanted to Unsend it, then what difference does it make? In any event, make a habit of always making a back-up copy of your drafts.
Did you change your mind?

If you want to recover a message, what you can try to do if you have not already closed your window is to backspace on the screen until you come to the where you were composing and/or viewing your message in screen capture mode.
Copy it just in case, or else copy & paste.
Hit Send, just like it was a newly composed message.

DarkSteven -> RE: EMERGENCY (9/10/2016 8:32:52 PM)

Nothing to do. I don't know if tech support can help you, but they're a volunteer group and backed up.

The good news is that if you sent it to one of your two friends here, then there's much greater than a 50% chance that you've sent it to a scammer.

cloverodella -> RE: EMERGENCY (9/10/2016 8:45:59 PM)

I think the issue is that they deleted it from his "sent mail" list. They want it unsent, aka deleted from the other person's inbox, which they can't do because it is no longer on their end to hit "unsend".

I have to say I wish there was a temp trash folder. Even if it auto-deleted after a week, it would be better than getting rid of something by accident. I deleted a bunch of sent cmail not realizing it wouldn't still show in the conversation stream. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Aha, good point. The message only got deleted at his end. Tech support is not going to go into the recipient's mail folders to remove a message.

OP, for damage control purposes, send a follow-up message apologizing for whatever you wrote or explain yourself. You will have to pay the piper on this one.

I don't wish to seem unkind, but frim the other person's perspective. .. that email is likely to tell them something useful about you.

That might be why they want to delete it.

Bah-Just follow up with a great Cock Shot and you should be fine.
Think George Costanza naked on the sofa, except your cock instead.
That should overcome any qualms left by the inadvertent email

Why do you care sock - now what did it say you have me intrigued what fithery did you speak of.

Personally I will over look a bad email/drunk email etc and so will anyone decent - so fret not.

I have no idea if the unsent thingy actually works - I do not care

My cock hasn't been with a women this year so I will cite that as a bigger emergency - all swollen and in need of someone to gorge upon its scary might
