That is so good to hear.

I'm not sure where we are 'supposed' to be in these matters, but I think that the Danes have it right in giving so much maternity leave at half pay, and then they have their jobs back when they return.

How did society ever come to the point where we decided to downplay such an important role for -for all of society-?

I am sure someone will be along to blame the feminists for it, completely disregarding the simple fact that for the vast majority of women throughout history, being a working mother was simply a fact of life.
