A few of you may have noticed that I've been having a little fun with the "A lot of people are saying that Donald Trump ..." meme, but here's a serious comment. One of many fascinating things I learned from Lizzie Widdicombe's article about Jared & Ivanka in The New Yorker last month (http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2016/08/22/ivanka-trump-and-jared-kushners-power-play) is that Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton are friends! That just blows my mind. What do they talk about?!

Edited to add: She's also friends with Wendi Deng, who is Rupert Murdoch's ex-wife and (rumored) current girlfriend of Vladimir Putin. In fact, she and Jared even set up Wendi and Rupert on a yacht outing several years ago. All I can do is shake my head.

I think it may have something to do with the ultra-wealthy and/or connected sending their children to the same schools/programs.
