That's a VERY basic book containing all the information you'd need to do a basic start. You can get the exact same info from being somewhat intelligent, and reading www.hypnosis.com, but that site isn't sex-oriented. Though I'd recommend reading both for a beginner, just to make sure you hear about the possible safety concerns. Personally, I'd highly recommend avoiding regression of any kind (especially age), and try not to solve "problems" with hypnosis, don't try memory recall, and you should avoid the big problems.
