He did nothing wrong. Porton Down in the UK, an expert on gas said that the gas used was of a type Assad did not have. It is proven he did not use it also because he gave it all back. That is why Obama backed down. Not because of any threat.

What's more he won the election. Now if you want to talk about rigged elections let's talk about the US. It is like the elections in Iraq after the US mowed them down, they didn't want any of them people. And how about the elections in Saudi Arabia ? Ignoring human rights there definitely contributed to 911.

You need a deeper understanding of what is going on in the world. The US is the aggressor in almost everything. And it is either about oil or a pipeline. It has been called "Pipeline Wars" by certain analysts, who you will not see on TV or in your AOL news page. Libya, money. Syria, money. Iraq, money. Iran, money (in 1952). Venezuela, money. Ukraine, money. Egypt, money. Bosnia, money.

It is all about natural resources and the control and distribution thereof. Remember what they used to call the mafia ? Well those type of people now run governments. They want more turf, they want Russia's turf. The US, UK and Israel axis of evil wants their fingers into the natural gas market in Europe. They wanted Ukraine to help hosting more pipe but their President was not happy with the axis, so they deposed him, just like Mossadeq, look him up.

Assad has done nothing wrong. Motherfuckers are trying to take over the country and he is sworn to protect it from that kind of shit. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ? Not everyone in the world is loyal to the US. Assad is doing what he was ELECTED to do.

People are hand wringing over a jet here and there while foreign backed mercenaries have caused a hundred thousand deaths there. If the foreigners would have left that country alone THERE WOULD BE NO DEATHS. There weren't before.

And go ahead and say that they found some homegrown rebels, I'm sure they did, but realize this, per capita they could find more here in the US. You get more people I'll join and we'll have a regime change party. But the US goes in with really nice weapons and a shit ton of money and funds their equivalent of our unorganized militia groups or members of the patriot movement. And there are a hell of alot more than you think in this country, and the numbers are growing. In a poll a few years ago, 29.4 % of REGISTERED VOTERS responded that they though an armed revolt would be necessary in the US. We are not talking Jeffery Daumer and Charlie Manson here, nor are we even talking David Koresh or Randy weaver. We are talking about people who register to vote. What do you think that number would be if you included all the disenfranchised people, those who cannot even vote because they are homeless or can't even afford a fucking bus ticket to the polls, which are not always on bus lines BTW ?

We have no business interfering with those countries and we started it all. It was bad enough supporting Israel and their shit. then we had 1952 in Iran. and then the Iranians could not put up with our installed butchering dictator and got rid of him and went to a theocratic government. That's right, they would not be a theocratic state now if not for the US overthrowing their lawfully elected President. And then siezing the US embassy there, that was because Carter was harboring the fugitive Shah, guilty of a tom of crimes against humanity. That was their demand, send him back. And carter knew it but was beholden, guess why. Money.

If that wasn't enough, Saddam was put in power in Iraq (created by some bitch Gertrude Stein) to make war with Iran after the Shah was deposed.

The Shah eventually died in bumfuckt South America somewhere probably with the protected Nazi war criminals. See they never wanted ALL the Nazi war criminals they wanted to pick and choose and they knew where there was a slew of them all the time, but only went after certain ones.

But really I cannot say for sure the Shah died in their company. I would have to look it up, but it was certainly the same continent.

Look ALL this shit up and prove it to yourself. The political knowledge you have displayed makes me want to require a license to vote. You got the Fuck Snooze version.

The main problem now is that our choices for President are between a psychopath or an idiot. Well maybe that is an exaggeration but you know what I mean and I hope you at least know which it which.

What you can't do is read only western media. You need to read Syrian media, Russian media and eye witness accounts from the peace envoys who have been working in Aleppo. This is an interview with Vanessa Veeley who talks realistically about what's going on in Aleppo http://21stcenturywire.com/2016/09/09/interview-vanessa-beeley-on-aleppo-chemical-weapons-propaganda-the-white-helmet-folly/

His country is being attacked by foreign backed mercenaries who are coopting every last one who doesn't support him and inciting them to violence against the lawfully elected government there. He is the head of that government.

What do you think the US government would do in that case, write a letter to the editor ? Bullshit, this government would stomp down hard and fast and kill every last one of them in a matter of days and it would be off the TV screens in a week and people would completely forget about it in another week.

What you are not getting here is my actual premise that maybe I have not made clear in direct terms. I figured people would pick up on it but I guess I expcted too much, so here it is :

YOU CANNOT ATTACK PEOPLE OR GOVERNMENTS AND THEN BITCH WHEN THEY DEFEND THEMSELVES.

There was no magic bullet Assad did to start that insurrection. There were always different factions there who wanted at each others' throats, but a strong government kept multiple civil wars from happening. What's more the DID vote for him because he was able to keep the peace, somewhat.

As proven time after time, sooner or later it is going to come out what he did, within his lawful authority to piss off the oil companies or the US in general. I think it has to do with pipelines, as do most wars the US starts do.

They are trying to OVERTHROW the LAWFUL government, what if they tried that shit in your country ? I'll tell you this, if the lawful People of this nation got up in arms and enough numbers to change this regime I would be right there with them. But if some foreign motherfuckers tried to do it I would put as much lead into them as possible.

You have to look at things objectively. Like people bitch about Putin. People bitch about Putin because he does not act in the best interest of the US, UK and Israel. He acts in the best interest of Russia, which is what he is supposed to do. Now if we could get a President to act in the best interest o this country it would be great, but we haven't had one in fifty some odd years.

Are you the type who thinks you can keep on kicking a dog and it is not going to bite ?

Why ? Because the west (US) wants to slowly over time, remake the middle east so SA, Kuwait run the show meaning an authoritarian theocracy-based oil kingdom at the behest of the west. 'Authoritarian' being the key. The rest, the west doesn't care, [it] just needs a free flow of oil and a single 'tribal' control.

Why ? Because presidents are puppets, they ALL WILL play ball. There will be a likewise slow move to even more western authoritarianism and an American, continental 4th Reich.

Why ? Because the powers (western) behind the throne in its slow march, playing the long game, needs these incremental stages to bring about a single world govt. with 3 major areas of management...the west, European and Asia.

That's why.

Actually Termy, according to This Site, the US had nothing to do with asshat's war in Syria.
The wave of Arab unrest that began with the Tunisian revolution reached Syria on March 15, 2011, when residents of a small southern city took to the streets to protest the torture of students who had put up anti-government graffiti. The government responded with heavy-handed force, and demonstrations quickly spread across much of the country.

President Bashar al-Assad, a British-trained doctor who inherited Syria’s harsh dictatorship from his father, Hafez al-Assad, at first wavered between force and hints of reform. But in April 2011, just days after lifting the country’s decades-old state of emergency, he set off the first of what became a series of withering crackdowns, sending tanks into restive cities as security forces opened fire on demonstrators. In retrospect, the attacks appeared calculated to turn peaceful protests violent, to justify an escalation of force.

...In February 2012, the United Nations General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to approve a resolution condemning President Assad’s unbridled crackdown on the uprising, but China and Russia, Syria’s traditional patron, blocked all efforts for stronger Security Council action.

So your assertion that the US started it seems to be incorrect.

He is not the nastiest person since Hitler. Many spring to my mind eg Pol Pot and kim jong un and the second amendment of America..feel free to add names and death totals

There is some stuff I wouldn't type online whoremods - you know better ;)

Who should police the world?
When should the world be policed?

Only one nation on earth has the power to police the world and its called America but their ideology is deeply flawed and have they left it in a worst state. I do not see that one nation changing within my lifetime

The thing with Hitler technology wise we would be in utopia

To me this is the UN https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TEvacFETvM and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_America:_World_Police border on a masterpiece

ASSAD - who would you replace him with? Syria, a land that pre-dates mine and yours and almost all others will never be the same in my epoch

I disagree that America is competent to do that at present, despite trying to establish NATO in such a role in order to protect a few military sinecures following the collapse of the Soviet Union.
China probably could take a crack at that role, a bit more convincingly, but I doubt anybody wants that...

China has one carrier group. America has eleven, not that I approve of our role as world cops, but somebody has to keep the trade lanes open.

Fair point, but China has less need for aircraft carriers as it has overland connections to a lot of south east Asia and eastern Europe.
(Not entirely convinced that good a job is being done of keeping the trade lanes open, either, but that's a whole other issue.)

Actually, no.
Palmyra I agree with - ISIS wrecked it pretty much single-handedly.

Aleppo is another ball of wax.
Most of the damage done to Aleppo has been done by incessant bombings by the asshat regime backed by Russian air strikes indescriminately bombing civillian targets.
Their excuse is that rebel held areas are deemed by asshat as 'terrorists' and are therefore legitimate targets.
That has been the position since the rebels who are fighting ISIS have occupied certain areas.
Asshat and the Russians just want to bomb rebel areas into oblivion and they don't care whether civillians are resident there or not.
