Well, this morning's rally might have been peaceful, but they're pretty much rioting now. All the helicopters are up and the local Sheriiff and PDs have shut down police scanner audio to the public (via the internet)

Word is that they pulled a biker off of his motorcycle and beat him. Word is traveling very fast through the motorcycle community and they're not happy. And we're all kind of waiting with bated breath, because the HA Clubhouse is just a couple of blocks from where the rioters are gathered. It would be very, very bad if that biker was one of theirs.

Which part?

The police shot a black man three days ago. It's been all over the news.

We're on night 3 of protests - but tonight it appears it has escalated.

As for what is going on right now, it's not time for news (and weirdly, when its not time for their show, they're not keeping the live feeds up - if it were 3000 miles away, they'd be covering it nonstop) So, the information coming right now is via text, phone, social media.

We live in the next town over, so we can see the helicopters that are up.

A car was doing donuts in the street, an officer tried to stop him...and he was mobbed and called for cover. At least 50 police cruisers are on site, the police have now fired tear gas and declared it an unlawful gathering.

So far today had been quiet. Schools closed early, the City of El Cajon asked businesses to close early and stay closed until at least Sunday. But, things are now escalating.

Tomorrow, Al Sharpton arrives, a rally is scheduled and people are being bussed in. We're expecting an explosive weekend.
