While Paul Watson has made some good points at times, and while Alicia Machado IS being used as a political prop by Hillary and her campaign, he's remarkably off point here. His video, ironically, uses the character assassination techniques favoured by the left. Whether Alicia drove a fucking getaway car or threatened a judge is completely fucking irrelevant. And her appearance in a sex tape more than ten years after her Miss Universe reign is also fucking irrelevant. Trump's alleged comments about her were not remotely germane to her past so whatever she may have done is a non-issue.
Now, Clinton's campaign is using her for political mileage as the Washington Post reports, of that there is no doubt. And there is video footage of Trump defending Alicia when the Miss Universe committee wanted to fire her.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of them, the Miss Universe pageant is a fucking beauty contest. When you win and promptly gain 50 pounds, then there's an argument to be made that you're damaging the brand. From that perspective, the organisation has every right to try and ensure that damage is limited by helping you return to your svelte self. And Trump appeared to do exactly that.
His video does debunk claims that Trump was responsible for her eating disorder, and there's clearly an aspect of fame-whoring in her sudden reappearance.
There's just one thing that bothers me. Do we have any confirmation of the "Miss Piggy" and "Miss Housekeeping" comments other than Alicia Machado herself. Because she's not exactly what I would call an impartial observer.
And Nick, calling her a "fat lying bush skank" makes you every bit as bad as a fucking feminist. Name-calling, censorship and inventing facts is what THEY do. People opposing feminism don't need to do that, because evidence and facts are on our side.
