Isn't cocaine a rather elitist, snobby drug for a circus peanutman of the people who speaks for the common man like the cheeto-faced cockwomble to be taking? I doubt it's a problem with his breathing: the tiny-fingered shitweasel's a conspicuous mouthbreather, so whatever the problem is, it's nothing to do with him trying to force more air through his nose than his nostrils can handle.

I think it's pretty obvious that he is using it. The mouth going without thinking about what he's saying. The physical inability to be still and relaxed. The loss of impulse control. They're all well known side effects.
