I believe Trump is less dangerous than people think. The GOP won't back his claims of a rigged election - right now they've thrown in the towel and are more concerned with trying to maintain their House and Senate majority.

Sorry to say, there are Republicans doubling down on his claims. I read two reports like this today, of surrogates being interviewed on TV.

I read a report of a loyal Trump guy in Texas who wrote that he was planning to show up to a polling station armed and "make them nervous".
He's a fucking idiot. Does he truly think Democrats in Texas don't also have guns?

People generally talk a bunch of shit, but few people will risk their comfortable lives for a political cause. Those with nothing to lose are more worrying.

I view it as, he is not going to change himself just to win this election. He wants to win it being himself. It is a tall order. But I like the grit and the true to self stance.
It's not grit, it's that he possesses the emotional timbre of a child. He thinks being President is something he fucking DESERVES because he's so fucking great.

Trump is a hardliner who will stick to his stance and push through whatever he wants done.
Trump is so stupid he'll actively work against his own interests.

Most politicians are more flexible and diplomatic. But that's what makes them not get anything done. Just going with the flow and playing the game.
Trump is a hardliner who will stick to his stance and push through whatever he wants done.

The fact that he is unwilling to change or be flexible is exactly the problem. He won't be able to push anything through because he is unable to convince the right people to support him.

It really makes sense to me that a female sub would support a male authoritarian leader, but what I don't get is how you can believe that his 'honesty and sincerity' is more important than the fact that he doesn't actually know what he's doing. I would easily forgive someone's dishonesty if it served their superior competence... people are too stupid and paranoid for manipulation to be completely unnecessary.

And because we're never going to face a Trump presidency, you will never get to see that he probably DOES know that his promises would never happen... his campaign isn't about becoming president, it's pure self-promotion and ego. He has completely undermined the entire political process for the sake of his ego-- it's absolutely unforgivable. Win or lose, he has damaged democracy itself.

Actually if you had read the history of his posts you would take this rant more seriously.

To be fair, it is probably easier to believe my rant than to believe that any of Trump's 'policies' could ever happen... and we all know how many people believe in those.

I gotta say I don't see why people had a problem with it. I could tell you were full of shit by the second paragraph and calling him retarded just sealed that opinion. Only the real classy trolls use that word anymore.

Revolutions always come from those who do have something to loose.
Rebellions always come from those who have nothing to loose.
Jesus you are phoquing stupid.

We are talking about a much larger group of people who have guns who havent a clue how to use them in a firefight.
We are talking about a much larger group of people who have guns who think the military and the police will be on their side.
We are talking about a much larger group of people who have guns and are dumber than a stone and ignorant as a stick.
This could be fun.[;)]

It's fun already but don't want to see anybody actually hurt.

Going to someone else's ambush is seldom prudent.

Half a league half a league,
Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred:
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns' he said:
Into the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred.
...

Shatter'd & sunder'd.
Then they rode back, but not
Not the six hundred.

Or in other words don't start no shit and there wont be no shit.

To make money you are required to take other peoples. And that is how the financial markets work. and why there will always be crashes.

I grew up understanding that leveraging on other people's money to make money is what smart wealthy people normally do. The wealthier you are, the less of your own money you'd have to touch. It is the way of it.

So how does it follow from that that a man whose bankrupted five or six businesses and never had to make his own money to get started in "business" is in any way smart?

He's just fundamentally not up to the job, basically.

Just watching his reaction to unflattering tweets is proof of that. Can you imagine if Obama had a hissy fit over every derogatory thing said bout him?

Right he just proclaims them to be racist and lets the press do the rest;.

Far less classy than insulting people or urging his followers to punch people, yes.
