Winchester sells a white box of 40 gr 22-250 bullets that will do that velocity. Also, .338 RUM or Lapua with a light bullet will do it as well. But let's use your Swift and a SMK. You are making assumptions with your alligator mouth that are not redily supported by your canary ass.
It is highly unlikely that you will find a light enough bullet to go into .338 brass that will exceed 4000fps.
This leaves the 22-250 and the 220 swift as the only bullets that will exceed the 4000 fps mark.
There are lots of bullets that will break 1200 m/s. The reason you don't see it in big bores like a .338 is barrel life and the fact that you don't pick up a .338 intending to shoot light bullets. The BC drops fast and it doesn't make it marketable, stable, cheap or comfortable.
Which leaves the 220 swift and the 22-250 as I said.

No, you're wrong. I listed several. In fact you saying the 22-250 was because I pointed it out. I've also pointed out the 30-378 at 4,800. Some people are loading the new Barnes 160 gr .338 at over 4,000 fps. Because you don't know about it doesn't mean it isn't happening. It's pointless, I agree. But, some people enjoy that sort of thing so good on them.
