People, especially lefties, have no sense of humour these days. PC has gone way too far.

Which lefties are you speaking of?
Why do you think that murdering people you disagree with is humorous?
What poitical correctness are you referencing?
Why do you think a policeman, who's duty is to uphold the law, should break the law?

Yes it is illegal here, and in a few other countries where the consequences of what followed are still to be seen and felt.
As a police officer he knew that before he did it. So that man was quite aware what he was doing and what was to come after that.

This is not about "a sense of humour" but about a war with millions of victims. This is neither about political correctness, it is illegal since 1945 by Allied law.

I think more people should go to prison for even more speaking.

Some of the phrases I'd like to see attached to that:

"fat old white men"

"Basket of Deplorables"

"Pay your fair share"

"Voter fraud doesn't exist"

(I'm sure I'll think of more)

As opposed to your every comment here, RM, each one of which is pure comedy gold.

While I don't doubt either the accuracy or veracity of your post for an instant, it might be a bit much to expect RM to be aware that more than 50 million Europeans died in World War II. He doesn't have any kind of competent grasp of facts much closer to home and his own experience.

But now that he knows over 50 million died as a result of Hitler's mania and the obnoxious Nazi regime he installed in Germany, hopefully he might gain some insight into why there are legal sanctions on saying such things in the countries that contributed many millions of deaths to that total. At a minimum he might get that it's not a matter of possessing or not possessing a sense of humour, or that it's those damned leftists being PC again. Though I for one won't be holding my breath ...

yep freedom of speech is illegal.

Allied law? What allied law?

Since when does freedom of speech [an inherent right of all people] have anything what so ever to do with 'political correctness'?

Since what you said sounds like insanity I'd like to give you the opportunity to at least explain yourself.

Hitlers mania? Hitler did not start an inferno and burn nearly 500,000 people in less that 14 hours, in one day in one city alone, the allies churchhill and eisenhower did and it was even advertised as terror strikes upon the germans.

You summarily forgive them for their atrocities and war crimes and put all blame squarely on hitler who before going to war appealed for peace 3 times and was ignored.

So how do you square that up?

What you consider "Freedom of speech" is NS propaganda which is as outlawed as propaganda for certain other terrorist organisations. In my opinion a good thing - it made all the extreme Hitlerites run away to certain other places where they continue trying to do damage.

For the law concerned see

And to an American right-winger who doesn't even think that the laws of his own country should apply to him, at that.

If you be paying attention, there is no law whatsoever that applies to real one, because he is well versed on the law that says there is no law that applies to him. And he has the 'true' law to back him up on that. When suits the purpose.

Yes, that.

That's on you, bruv.

How do you 'square that up' somebody saying 'here is my peace proposal; I am going to fuck your sister in her ass, and I propose that you don't make war about it.'

To the extent that Hitler made any 'peace proposal' at all, what it amounted to was that 'we are going to invade and take territory from Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Southern France, and you will shut up and be quiet and do nothing.'

I'm glad you are on board with all that.

What is your sister's address, again?

They austrians lined the streets for the Nazis wonders what ones of those zombies to the monsters were punished to suspended 9-month prison term. Or are we taking it out on later generations.

The officer, who was not identified in line with Austrian confidentiality laws, denied uttering the phrase.
