dick morris is postulating that "weiner's laptop" might actually be the "missing laptop" identified in the investigation:

LOL. fraught with factless nutsucker slobber, CBS did not report such a thing last night, I watched it from 5p until 2a. Additionally, then we need to take Comey and all the quitters out and hang them now, they have characterized it as Weiners laptop. Criminally hiding evidence, thats a felony, I dont give a shit who you are.

And while we are at it, 'bitbleaching' (nutsucker (TM)) the servers, smashing phones with hammers, hillary hiding bodies all over the US since 1992 and so she says to her lawyer, here give this to the peener wiggler to hide it, don't bother clearing it off, the government is too fucking stupid to come into your home and seize electronics in an email investigation, so no worries there, and since it is being run by the same investigator that ran a year long investigation of the foundation 15 years ago and couldnt come up with anything, you know that nutsucker......what's his name? Comely, or something like that...Yeah Comey,he aint gonna have any vengence he knows hes a whipped nutsucker, M'Kay?

But you are the nutsuckers who read between the lines and use logic to hallucinate asswipe, right? Same as always.

Apt name for that dick, Dick.

Quit eating retard pills, felchgobbler.

Why would she be using her home printer to have hard copies? How did they get on Wiener's laptop?

Home printer? IDK
Laptop belonged to both before he got into trouble and she left him.

Doesn't seem much like a secure laptop, does it?

Even if she was using her home printer to have hard copies, doesn't that show that she (Huma) was careless in handling classified information?
Depends on what security clearance Rep. Wiener had at the time.

True, I hadn't thought of that; good point.

However, those emails still existing on a shared laptop after he lost his seat in Congress probably means he was still able to access classified info he was no longer cleared to access.

Comey is probably toast. I'm not doubting that. However, his toasting sure might be one of retaliation more than anything.

Based on latest reports of rogue FBI agents, Comey has lost control of the Bureau, so it is more than an issue of political retaliation, although retaliation is not a stranger to politics. . . Let's play Fuck Up the Bridge Traffic . . .

Do you think Clinton was careless in her handling of classified information?

That would have been a valid conclusion before the latest revelations of election interference from the NYC FBI office. The FBI has lost credibility from this political meddling, so the answer to your question remains uncertain. Who knows what forgeries are involved?

LMAO! So, the thousands of lost emails that weren't actually lost, over 100 of which contained information determined to be classified at the time of their being sent, is now in question? You think Comey was the only one investigating the email "scandal?"

You are such a partisan apologist, it's sickening. She does not walk on water.

I stand by my gut feeling that this is going to be bad for Huma, but not for Clinton.

I think on the surface that seems true. I suspect the "new" emails they are discovering from Hillary are going to be of a kind they already have. but as concerns abedin, it seems everyone here's getting off scot-free so im pretty skeptical. although, one wonders about sacrificial lambs in order to appease the masses and if she could end up in that position.

Clinton can't control every last thing everyone on her staff does. If Huma had classified emails on a laptop and didn't treat that information properly (which I suspect is true), lots of people in the GOP will rail at Clinton since she was the one in charge, but it's really Huma's action. That is, unless there is crystal clear evidence that Clinton knew that Huma was treating classified info carelessly, instructed Huma to treat classified info that way, and/or specifically allowed Huma to do so.

Revelations of the FBI role in fucking with this election are chilling. Something we might expect from a police agency in a totalitarian state. Early on, Hillary made the claim that the classifications on the emails had been changed. Gotta wonder now if she was right. Keeping perspective on this, the FBI investigation came after Clinton withstood a nine hour grilling by a congressional committee. Clearly ugly partisan politics involved.

Here's the thing, though, there are a shit ton of votes already cast. I heard the news today that 39M votes are in already. Anyone that had sent in an absentee ballot won't be able to change their vote. The "scandal" this close to the election isn't likely to change anyone's vote. The only thing it might do, is increase turnout for those who are going to vote for Trump, if they decided to be bothered by voting.

And, again, I think this is going to hurt Huma more than anything.

FR

Just over a week after FBI Director James Comey dropped a bombshell into the presidential race by revealing newly-found evidence in the Hillary Clinton email probe, he offered what amounted to a "never mind" Sunday, notifying Congress that the newly-discovered messages wouldn't change the bureau's conclusion that no prosecution of Clinton was warranted.

In a letter sent to House and Senate committee leaders, Comey said FBI agents had completed their review of all messages to or from Clinton on a laptop seized last month from the estranged husband of a Clinton aide and had found nothing momentous.

"Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton," Comey wrote.

Is she guilty of something? I am certain that she is. But until she is found guilty, then yes, she and anyone else who wants to can declare her innocent, and be legally correct.

Turns out, he had the facts, I would assume insider information. Consider Obama as good cop, and Comey as stupid nutsucker cop, dogshit44. And the nutsuckers have been, will be, and still are flying plane loads of rubber dogshit outta Hong Kong.
