The FBI was advised by the US justice department not to inform Congress of a new inquiry into Hillary Clinton's email use, officials say.
Justice department officials said the move would be inconsistent with rules designed to avoid the appearance of interference in an election.
FBI Director James Comey acted independently when he briefed lawmakers in a letter on Friday.

Mrs Clinton said the move was "unprecedented" and "deeply troubling".
Leading Democratic senators have written to Mr Comey and to Attorney General Loretta Lynch urging them to provide more details about the investigation by Monday.

They argue that Mr Comey's decision to reveal the reopening of the case, less than two weeks before the 8 November election, is being used for political purposes.

But Republican opponent Donald Trump has praised the FBI's decision.
Speaking at a rally in Phoenix on Saturday, Mr Trump accused the justice department of protecting the Democratic presidential candidate in a "rigged system".

"The Department of Justice is trying their hardest to protect the criminal activity of Hillary Clinton," Mr Trump said, offering no evidence for the assertion. The man will be an absolute marvel in office. He will probably start by selling the furniture and then the house before he wheel barrows gold out of the treasury and dumps it into a big fuking void never to be seen again


The polls 5 median 49%-46%. Bankrupt, many times over, insanity may get in, as even I know polls do not tell the full story

Status: offline 		he gains ground - although the reasons for this escape me as every email is innocuous unlike his predator tape...and that was one snippet of one, awol tax returns, wall, rapists, reemed millions of ordianry people of their cash (his list is too long for me to type). I cant help but wonder what his emails say :) Although he has yet to master the spoken word

But in essence when you factor in malarkey element the polls are tied: as opposed to the reported median figures x 5 polls. 49%-46%

Wonders why the FBI fuknut did it and what was his motives or was he blackmailed.

Personally I'd wall of england, and then america, and flood the lands with water, perhaps lava, and irate and ravenous piranahs

Well, Fuck! That's what "checks and balances" are all about in the American system. When the Congress and Executive rest with opposing parties Legislative committees have historically probed the Executive with undisguised, gleeful zeal and excess. Legislative committees have awesome subpoena and questioning power, which pols are not reluctant to abuse.
