Hi Demimonde, I looked at your profile, and it seems anti-conversation to me. I say this as someone who dated, for a while, a woman who was a findom to other people, and I also had a Platonic friend who did findom and hypnodomme. It gets some guys hot to call them loser and piggy, but it's a quick way to shut down emotional intimacy, which is what is required for having a conversation. Why would I want to talk with someone who thinks that I, and my thoughts, are of no value?
I think you're in a tight spot. If your profile is softer, that might screw up your marketing. If your profile stays hard, you'll probably struggle to make friends in kink circles. Older kinksters have little respect for findom (see LadySue's post above mine), but younger kinksters tend to believe in the importance of accepting people as people, instead of treating them as less than human. My recommendation is that you experiment with your profile, both here and on Fet -- maybe make a few different profiles with different emphases -- and put forward different aspects of yourself, so you understand better how to present yourself to get the interactions you desire.
