I have to second that, that RM is not a good representative of Australian men. Generally, they are fun loving and positive men, who don't spend all day whining about their lack of rights as a male.
I am surprise RM is Australian!
And Australia of all countries, where women are so amazing there! I mean, I feel like Australian women are very strong independent women who can do anything and everything. What i mean is, they don't feel entitled to anything and really believe they are equal. Compared to us Asian women. We play women card alot still, and that's not gonna change any time soon. But we aren't obsess with the whole equality that kind of extent here. As long as we can own property, have rights to vote, have access to education, basic necessities, that's the equality we want. But we still like being treated as women.
A simple thing I am impressed is, like being able to drive a whole tour coach while also being the speaking tour guide while driving.
No woman in Asia can do that! No men in Asia can do that! I used to work for an Aussie female who always scolds me for playing damsel in distress, like why can't I fix everything myself! How will I survive on my own lol! It's just that at work when something needs fixing, I will find a man to do it. And just play the woman card that I am useless at these stuffs. I mean like assembling an audio system for example or handling a map for directions, I still get lost with google maps anyway.
But I grew up with brothers, they fix everything for me, so I am used to men fixing things for me. If I got an Ikea Furniture, my brother would assemble it for me. They take care of me like that.
