There's worse remakes, I suppose, but she's no Faye Wray, is she? Still, they couldn't find a half decent substitute for Vincent Price, so it's probably unfair to hold that against her, particularly as the producer and the director are the guilty parties here, rather than the cast.

I am going to do frightiest movie ever thread ty WM I will not credit you...you can do the worst remake, reboot, reboot of reboot - stars wars for me and every super hero movies made in the last decade..usually wit a budget of 200 million and they cannot hire a fuking writer...shame

One of my favourite films ever is a remake (The Thing, 1982), so that's a bit of a palliative for shite like the two demolitions of King Kong and this threatened remake of Suspiria, I suppose.

Feeble how, precisely? Wonderful ensemble playing from a fine cast, effects that still hold up now (and were probably astonishing back in '82), a gleeful sense of nihilism, and a breathtakingly nasty script doesn't add up to "feeble" in my book.
Do you disdain it because the camerawork is less flashy than Argento?
