I haven't seen this. But YouTube doesn't police videos. If a member of the original band complained, probably they would remove the fake. It isn't like a mod must approve videos before they get put up.

To be honest, if I was setting out to pretend I was Tom Gray's early '80s synthy new wave band, I wouldn't form a shoddy Misfits rip off with the same name.
